尿液样本必须收集在干净，干燥的容器中。 可以使用在一天中的任何时间收集的尿液。 显示可见颗粒的尿液样本应该离心，过滤或者让其沉降以获得清晰的样本进行测试。

标本储存
测试前，尿液标本可以在2-8°C保存长达48小时。 对于长期储存，标本可能被冻结并储存在-20°C以下。 测试前应将冷冻标本解冻并混匀。

3.等待彩色线条出现。 结果应在5分钟后读取。 10分钟后不要解释结果。

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

负面：*显示两行。 一条彩色线应该在控制区域（C），另一条明显的彩色线应该在测试区域（T）。 该阴性结果表明AMP浓度低于可检测水平（1,000 ng / mL）。

*注意：测试线区域（T）的颜色阴影会有所不同，但是每当有微弱的线条时，总是应该将其视为负值。

正面：控制区域（C）出现一条彩色线条。 测试区域（T）不出现任何线条。 该阳性结果表明AMP-浓度超过可检测水平（1,000 ng / mL）。

无效：控制线无法显示。 标本体积不足或不正确的程序技术是控制线失败的zui可能的原因。 查看程序并使用新的测试设备重复测试。 如果问题仍然存在，请立即停止使用该批次，并您当地的经销商。
