【使用步骤】

1．用棉签蘸取鼻或口腔分泌物。

2．将棉签浸入样品稀释液，充分搅拌混匀后，静置少许时间，用一次性滴管取上清液。（样品若不能立即测试，应冷藏保存，超过24小时，应冷冻保存。）

3. 将未开封的试纸卡和检测样品恢复至室温。

4. 将试纸卡水平放置，用滴管向试卡孔缓慢逐滴加入3滴不含气泡的检测液。

5. 10分钟判断结果，15分钟后的结果不作参考。

阳性：两条紫红色条带出现。

阴性：只有一条色带出现，检测T线无显色

无效：未出现质控C线，表明操作不当或试剂盒已失效。在此情况下，应再次仔细阅读说明书，并用新的试剂盒重新测试。

【检验方法的局限性】

1.本品仅是一种定性的检测方法，不能确定其含量浓度。

2.本品也会发生极低的错误结果。如果条件允许，可以通过专业实验室检测，进一步确定检测结果。

【注意事项】

1、检测卡请在保质期内一次性使用；

2、检测时避免阳光直射和电风扇直吹；

3、尽量不要触摸检测卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采样滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待检样本出现沉淀或浑浊物，请离心后再检测；

6、试验遇到的任何问题，请与供应商。

【储存及有效期】

1、原包装应储存于4～40℃，阴凉避光干燥处，切勿冷冻

病因不明，好发于青壮年。皮损为薄鳞状片状角化，其中心有一与毛囊口*的黑点状角化，屑呈圆形，边缘游离，周围绕以色素略减退的晕。鳞屑脱落后中央黑点仍存在。皮损多在股外侧、臀、腰胁部。无自觉症状，冬重夏轻。本病是由DNA病毒的单纯疱疹病毒（Herpes Simplex Virus，HSV）所致。人类单纯疱疹病毒分为两型，即单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型（HSV-Ⅰ）和单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型（HSV-Ⅱ）。Ⅰ型主要引起生殖器以外的皮肤、粘膜（口腔粘膜）和器官（脑）的感染。Ⅱ型主要引起生殖器部位皮肤粘膜感染。此两型可用荧光免疫检查及细胞培养法相鉴别。人是单纯疱疹病毒的*自然宿主。病毒经呼吸道、口腔、生殖器粘膜以及破损皮肤进入体内，潜居于人体正常粘膜、血液、唾液及感觉神经节细胞内。原发性感染多为隐性，大多无临床症状或呈亚临床表现，仅有少数可出现临床症状。原发感染发生后，病毒可长期潜伏于体内。正常人群中约有50%以上为本病毒的携带者。HSV在人体内不产生*免疫力，每当机体抵抗力下降时，如发热、胃肠功能紊细菌、月经、妊娠、病灶感染和情绪改变时，体内潜伏的HSV被激活而发病。研究证明，复发性单纯疱疹患者可有细胞免疫缺陷。一般认为HSV-Ⅱ型与宫颈癌发生有关。

临床表现
生殖器疱疹临床表现中可分为原发和复发两种。原发指*感染病毒，一般从接触到发病约2-10天，也就是潜伏期。患病部位先有烧灼感，很快在红斑基础上发生3-10个成群的红色丘疹，伴有瘙痒，丘疹很快变成小水疱，3-5天后变为脓疱，破溃后形成大片的糜烂和溃疡，自觉疼痛，zui后结痂愈合。整个病程可持续20天左右。男性好发于细菌、冠状沟、尿道口、细菌茎、细菌、大腿和臂部等处。女性好发于细菌唇、细菌阜、细菌蒂、肛周或细菌道。约90%的病人，病毒可同时侵犯子宫颈，出现细菌道分泌物增多或下腹痛，并可并发宫颈炎和子宫炎。大多数男女病人双侧腹股沟淋巴结肿大。后期炎症波及尿道、膀胱时，可出现排尿困难、尿痛、尿频、严重者可发生尿潴留等现象。此外，还可能有其它症状同时出现，如发热、全身不适、头痛、颈项强直、脑膜炎和骶部神经系统功能不全。

Clinical manifestations
Genital herpes clinical manifestations can be divided into two kinds of primary and recurrent.
