实验材料
人外周血淋巴细胞染色体标本
实验步骤
1、将人外周血淋巴细胞染色体标本放入染色缸，用Geimsa染色液染色10-15分钟→在盛水塑料杯中冲涮→风干→镜检
观察细胞的标准为：
（1）细胞完整，轮廓清晰，染色体分布在同一水平面上。
（2）染色体形态和分布良好。
（3）无重叠，即使有个别重叠，也要能明确辩认，以免差错。
（4）所观察的细胞处于同一有丝分裂阶段，即染色体螺旋化程度或染色体长短大致一样。
（5）在所观察的细胞周围，没有离散的单个或多个染色体存在，以免影响计数。

Experimental steps
1, the human peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome specimens into the staining cylinder, with Geimsa stain staining 10-15 minutes → rinse in the water plastic cup rinse → dried → microscopic examination
The criteria for observing cells are:
(1) cell integrity, clear outline, chromosomal distribution in the same level.
(2) Chromosome morphology and distribution is good.
(3) The best no overlap, even with individual overlap, but also can be clearly identified, so as to avoid errors.
(4) The observed cells are in the same stage of mitosis, that is, the degree of chromosome helixing or chromosome length roughly the same.
(5) There are no discrete single or multiple chromosomes around the observed cells, so as not to affect the counting.
