入冬以来，我国各地流感高发。北宋杨士瀛所著的《仁斋直指方》写道：“治感冒风邪，发热头痛，咳嗽声重，涕唾粘稠。”清代林佩琴在《类证治裁》中提出：“时行感冒，寒热往来，伤风无汗，参苏饮，人参败毒散。”

　　预防流感，中医有不少简便易行的小妙招：

　　⒈热水泡脚。每天晚上热水泡脚，可以改善足底部的血液循环。除了驱寒散风，还可温通阳脉。人体所有的阳经都从足部起始，热水浸泡可达到养生保健、预防感冒的功效。每晚用较热的水泡脚15分钟，水中可以滴入一些醋或者放少量花椒。泡脚时，水量要没过脚面，泡到双脚发红。还可以用掌心上下揉搓足底部的涌泉穴，驱除体内的寒气。尤其出现头痛、畏寒、周身疼痛等轻度不适症状时，热水泡脚有助于阻断感冒的发生。
