③畏寒、寒战、发热 轻型病例常有畏寒和低热；重型病例则可有

寒战和高热，热度可达39℃以上，并可出现谵语、谵妄等精神症

状。④黄疸 较少见，如有黄疸一般程度较轻，表示感染经淋巴管

蔓延到了肝脏，造成了肝损害，或炎症已侵犯胆总管。
（2）主要体征 腹部检查可见右上腹部及上腹中部腹肌紧张、压

痛、反跳痛、Murphy征阳性。伴胆囊积脓或胆囊周围脓肿者，于

右上腹可扪及有压痛的包块或明显肿大的胆囊。当腹部压痛及腹

性腹膜炎。有15%～20%的病人因胆囊管周围性水肿、胆石压迫及

2.慢性胆囊炎
