神经原纤维变性或神经原纤维缠结（neurofibrillary tangles）：神经原纤维变粗在胞核周围凝结卷曲呈缠结 状。镀银染色为阳性，电镜下为直径7-10nm双螺旋微丝成份，此乃神经元趋向死亡的一种标志。除常见于 Alzheimer病外，也见于Parkinson病等。
① 黑素细胞（melanocyte）来源于外胚叶的神经嵴、具有合成黑色素的作用。其胞浆透明，核较小深染。黑素细胞位于基底细胞层。约8～10个基底细胞间有一个黑素细胞。黑素细胞的数目随身体部位的不同而异，而且在紫外线反复照射后可以增多。黑素就是通过黑素细胞的树枝状突输送到基底细胞内。
②朗格汉斯细胞（Langerhanˊs cells）大多位于棘层中上层、胞浆透明。这种细胞来源于骨髓，具有吞噬细胞功能，能摄取、加工并递呈抗原，将其带至淋巴结的免疫反应区域，激活淋巴细胞。病毒此它是表皮内主要的抗原递呈细胞。单克隆抗体CDla及免疫荧光或免疫细胞病毒学技术是观察此种细胞的方法。在电镜下胞浆内有特征性的伯贝克颗粒，故与黑素细胞可以区别。
③ 未定型细胞（indeterminate cell）常位于表皮下层，其特点是没有黑素体及朗格汉斯颗粒。此种细胞可能分病毒为朗格汉斯细胞，也可能是黑素细胞前身。
④ 梅克尔细胞（Merkel cell）位于表皮下面，数量很少，目前认为梅克尔细胞很可能是一个触觉感受器。垂体，位于丘脑下部的腹侧，为一卵圆形小体。是身体内zui复杂的内分泌腺，所产生的激素不但与身体骨骼和软组织的生长有关，且可影响内分泌腺的活动。垂体可分为腺垂体和神经垂体两大部分。神经垂体由神经部和漏斗部组成。垂体借漏斗连于下丘脑，呈椭圆形，位于颅中窝、蝶骨体上面的垂体窝内，外包坚韧的硬脑膜。位于前方的腺垂体来自胚胎口凹顶的上皮囊（Rathke囊），腺垂体包括远侧部、结节部和中间部；位于后方的神经垂体较小，由第三脑室底向下突出形成（各部详见组织学）。成人垂体大小约为1*1.5*0.5厘米，重约0.5-0.6克，妇女妊娠期可稍大垂体是人体zui重要的内分泌腺
