5q探针

    5q长臂缺失是急性粒细胞白血病（AML）和骨髓异常增生综合征（MDS）中zui为常见的重排；5q内部出现缺失（5q31-q33）出现于10-15%的MDS患者中，而5号染色体异常约占与治疗相关的MDS的40%以上。本探针可用于检测MDS患者5号染色体及其长臂（5q31-q33）是否发生缺失。-5/5q-的患者预后较好，可用于指导临床进行预后判断和治疗方案的选择，如可采用促进造血、诱导分化和生物反应调节剂等方式进行治疗。

本试剂盒主要用于白血病的5q的检测，里面包括即用型杂交液和DAPI复染剂。
