实验步骤

1） 将所有的材料和样品都平衡至室温（2-30℃）

2） 将所有的检测卡从密封的试剂袋中取出。

3） 将样品点滴器垂直置于样品孔上方，向样品孔中加入3滴样品（120-150ul）。

4） 10分钟内读取结果，强阳性样品可能会早点出现结果。

注意：10分钟后读取的实验结果可能会不准确。

结果说明

阳性结果：检测线区域出现明显的粉色条带，另外质控线区域出现粉色条带。

阴性结果：检测线区域不显色，质控线区域出现明显的粉色条带。

无效结果：靠近检测线的质控线在加样品后15分钟内不可见的话，则实验结果无效。
