实验步骤

1) 将所有的材料和样品都平衡至室温(2-30

2) 将所有的检测卡从密封的试剂袋中取出。

3) 将样品点滴器垂直置于样品孔上方,向样品孔中加入3滴样品(120-150ul)。

4) 10分钟内读取结果,强阳性样品可能会早点出现结果。

注意:10分钟后读取的实验结果可能会不准确。

结果说明

阳性结果:检测线区域出现明显的粉色条带,另外质控线区域出现粉色条带。

阴性结果:检测线区域不显色,质控线区域出现明显的粉色条带。

无效结果:靠近检测线的质控线在加样品后15分钟内不可见的话,则实验结果无效。
