【流感知识】
流感嗜血杆菌是一种没有运动力的革兰氏阴性杆菌。它是于1892年由费佛博士在流行性感冒的瘟疫中发现。它一般都是好氧生物,但可以成长为兼性厌氧生物。
流感嗜血杆菌zui初被误认为是流行性感冒的病因,但直至1933年,当发现流行性感冒的病毒性病原后,才消除了这种误解。不过,流感嗜血杆菌仍会导致其他不同种类的病症。

人体感染后成虫数量差别较大, 曾有多达21,000条成虫的报道。成虫寿命约为20~30年。作为华 支睾吸虫*中间宿主的淡水螺可归为4科6属8个种,zui常见的有 :纹沼螺、赤豆螺(傅氏豆螺)、长角涵螺。这些螺均为坑塘、 沟渠中小型螺类,适应能力强。[4] 螺不能在水内生活,尾蚴不 能逸出,而进一步发育为蚴。[4] 华支睾吸虫对第二中间宿主的 选择性不强,国内已证实的淡水鱼宿主有12科39属68种。但从流 行病学角度看,养殖的淡水鲤科鱼类,如草鱼(白鲩,鲩鱼)、 青鱼(黑鲩)、鲢鱼、鳙鱼(大头鱼)、鲮鱼、鲤鱼、鳊鱼和鲫 鱼等特别重要。野生小型鱼类如麦穗鱼、克氏鲦鱼感染率很高, 与儿童华支睾吸虫病有关。[4] 致病机制编辑华支睾吸虫病的危 害性主要是患者的肝脏受损。病变主要发生于肝脏的次级胆管。 成虫在肝胆管内破坏胆管上皮及粘膜下血管,虫体在胆道寄生时 的分泌物、代谢产物和机械激等因素可引起胆管内膜及胆管周围 的超敏反应及炎性反应,出现胆管局限性的扩张及胆管上皮增生 。
