【流感知识】

流感嗜血杆菌是一种没有运动力的革兰氏阴性杆菌。它是于1892年由费佛博士在流行性感冒的瘟疫中发现。它一般都是好氧生物，但可以成长为兼性厌氧生物。
流感嗜血杆菌zui初被误认为是流行性感冒的病因，但直至1933年，当发现流行性感冒的病毒性病原后，才消除了这种误解。不过，流感嗜血杆菌仍会导致其他不同种类的病症。

 *中间宿主为生活于淡水的川卷螺类。第二中间宿主 为淡水蟹和蝲蛄。生活史过程包括卵、毛蚴、胞蚴、母雷蚴、子 雷蚴、尾蚴、蚴（脱后称后尾蚴）、童虫及成虫等阶段。成虫主 要寄生于肺，所形成的虫往往与支气管相通，虫卵经气随痰或吞 入后随粪便排出。卵入水后，在适宜条件下约经3周左右发育成熟 并孵出毛蚴。毛蚴在水中活动，如遇川卷螺，则侵入并发育，经 过胞蚴、母雷蚴、子雷蚴的发育和无性增殖阶段，zui后形成许多 具有小球形尾的短尾蚴。成熟的尾蚴从螺体逸出后，侵入淡水蟹 或蝲蛄，或随螺体一起被吞食而进入第二中间宿主体内。在蟹和 蝲蛄肌肉、内脏或腮上形成球形或近球形蚴。蚴直径约300-400μ m，具两层壁。人吃了含有蚴的淡水蟹或蝲蛄而感染。蚴经消化液 作用，在小肠内幼虫脱而出。童虫靠前端腺分泌液及强有力的活 动，穿过肠壁进入腹腔，徘徊于各之间或邻近组织及腹壁。经过 1-3周窜扰后，穿过膈经胸腔进入肺。在移行过程中，虫体逐渐长 大，zui后在肺中形成虫。中一般含有两条虫，有时也可见3条或多 于3条的虫在一虫者。
