Multi DOA Screen Panel are rapid chromatographic immunoassays for the qualitative and simultaneous detection of one to fourteen of the following drugs in a variety of combinations in human urine. The designed cutoff concentrations and direct calibrator for these drugs are as follows:

The test is used to obtain visual qualitative result and is intended for health care professionals use including professionals at point of care sites to assist in the determination of drug compliance. It is not intended for over the counter sale to non-professionals.

This assay provided only a preliminary analytical test result. A more specific alternative chemical method must be used in order to obtain a confirmed analytical result. Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) or Liquid Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS) are the preferred confirmatory method. Clinical consideration and professional judgment should be applied to any drug of abuse test result, particularly when preliminary positive results are indicated.

The endoplasmic reticulum is an interconnected lamellar or small tubular system composed of biofilms. The gap-like space between the membranes is called a pool and is usually not directly connected to the extracellular space and the cytoplasmic matrix. This type of intramembranous membranous tubing on the one hand constitutes a pathway for intracellular transport of substances, and on the other provides a wide reaction area for various enzymatic reactions within the cell. The endoplasmic reticulum is continuous with the Golgi apparatus and the nuclear membrane. In the pathological state, rough endoplasmic reticulum can occur in the amount and shape changes. The rough endoplasmic reticulum is increased in cells with high protein synthesis and secretion activity (such as plasma cells, pancreatic acinar cells, hepatocytes, etc.) and cell regeneration and virus infection. The content of rough endoplasmic reticulum also often reflects the degree of differentiation of tumor cells. Conversely, in atrophic cells (such as when starved) and cells that have a certain material storage, the rough endoplasmic reticulum shrinks and decreases. When the cells are damaged, the ribosomes on the rough endoplasmic reticulum often fall out of the cytoplasm, and the protein synthesis of the rough endoplasmic reticulum decreases or disappears; when the damage recovers, the protein synthesis also recovers. In the process of cell degeneration and necrosis caused by various reasons, the pool of rough endoplasmic reticulum generally expands, lighter and localized expansion can only be seen under electron microscopy, and can be seen under light microscope when severely expanded. For the formation of vacuoles, electron microscopy sometimes shows flocs with a medium electron density.
