H抗原介绍

鞭毛抗原(即H抗原),H抗原与抗血清的反应一般为绒状或者絮状。大部分沙门氏菌鞭毛抗原都具有两相,*相被称为特异性相,第二相被称为非特异性相。

H抗原存在于鞭毛之中,为蛋白质。

由肽链中的氨基酸的排列顺序及空间构型决定其特异性。

不耐热,经加热和用乙醇及碱处理易变性。

H抗原常有两相的变异。

*相为特异相,用小写英文字母表示。

第二相为非特异相,用阿拉伯数字表示。
