Vi抗原介绍

表面抗原(即Vi抗原)是一种特殊的菌体抗原,属于K抗原群。

因与毒力有关而命名为Vi抗原。

由聚-n-乙酰-d-半乳糖胺糖醛酸组成。

不稳定,经60°加热,石碳酸处理或人工传代培养易破坏或丢失。

Vi抗原存在于细菌表面,可阻止O抗原与其相应抗体的反应。

Vi抗原的抗原性弱,当体内菌存在时可产生一定量抗体;当细菌被清除后,抗体也随之消失。

沙门氏菌的抗原分为菌体抗原(O)、鞭毛抗原(H)、荚膜抗原(K、Vi)、纤毛抗原。O抗原O抗原存在于菌体细胞壁zui外层,化学成分为类脂-多糖-多肽复合物,由多糖决定其特异性。O抗原耐热、醇和酸,100~121℃加热2.5h、用乙醇或盐酸处理而不失去抗原性,因此菌体抗原已经被*为沙门氏菌血清型分型的基础。一种菌体有一种或多种不同的O抗原。沙门氏菌的O抗原共有65种,以阿拉伯数字1、2、3……表示。主要抗原:O抗原为某一菌群*而其他菌群不具有。如:2、3、4、7、8、9、10等。次要抗原:O抗原为几个菌群共有。如:1、5、6、12等。 H抗原存在于鞭毛之中,为蛋白质,由肽链中氨基酸的排列顺序及空间构型决定其特异性。不耐热,经加热和用乙醇及碱处理易变性。H抗原常有两相的变异。*相为特异相,用小写英文字母表示,如:a、b、I、e、h等;第二相为非特异相,用阿拉伯数字表示,如:1、2、5等,但也有少数菌含有*相中的抗原e、n、x等成分。 为O抗原表面的荚膜抗原。具有该抗原的细菌,由于可阻止O抗原与抗体结合,因此不被相应的O血清凝集。60℃加热处理或石炭酸处理,虽然该抗原不被灭活,而已从菌体表面脱落,游离于液体中,从而暴露出O抗原,可被O血清凝集。要进行O凝集反应,必须先洗掉Vi抗原。 纤毛抗原是一种比鞭毛更细小的纤维样结构物,含有蛋白性的抗原物质。纤毛能凝集豚鼠的红细胞。所有沙门氏菌的纤毛抗原性一样。纤毛的存在不影响活菌的凝集性,但含有极丰富的纤毛抗原的菌株,有时也组织O的凝集性。
